How does comment-to-DM work on Instagram?
You choose a keyword and a post (or every post). When someone comments that keyword, Connect Wasl replies under their comment and sends them a private message with your guide, link or first question. Each person gets it once per post.
Can I switch from ManyChat?
Yes. Connect your Instagram account, then set up your keywords, comment rules and flows in Connect Wasl. Turn off the matching automations in ManyChat first, so nobody receives two replies to the same comment.
Do I need a Facebook Page?
No. You need an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator). You connect it with your Instagram login.
What is Instagram's 24-hour rule?
Instagram lets a business reply within 24 hours of a person's last message. After that, you wait for them to message again. Automations that start from a comment or a DM run inside that window, so reply to warm leads the same day.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
