What do WhatsApp messages cost?
Meta charges your own WhatsApp account directly for messages, at their published rates, never marked up by us. From October 2026, Meta includes the first 1,000 service messages per number each month at no charge. The SAR 349 is the software, and we add nothing else to your bill.
How is Standard different from Enterprise?
Standard is one number and one team at SAR 349 a month. Enterprise is SAR 1,499 and includes up to 10 WhatsApp numbers for several branches, AI replies in Saudi and Gulf Arabic, and a done-for-you move from your current tool. If you run one location, Standard is the one you want.
Who is Standard for?
Teams of two to twenty who answer customers on one WhatsApp number and are losing leads in a personal inbox: academies, clinics, studios, agencies, and showrooms. If several people need to answer the same number without passing a phone around, this is the plan.

How much does Connect Wasl Standard cost?
Standard is SAR 349 per month, or SAR 3,490 per year which is two months free, about SAR 291 per month. That one price covers your whole team: one WhatsApp number with unlimited team members and no fee per user or per contact. It starts with a 7-day free trial you can cancel before it ends. WhatsApp message fees are paid to Meta directly from your own account, at their rates, with no markup from us.
Do I pay more as my team or my contact list grows?
No. Standard is one flat monthly price with unlimited team members and unlimited contacts, so adding staff or growing your list does not change what you pay us. This is the main difference from tools that charge per user or per contact, where the cost rises exactly when the business is working.
Can I use my landline or 9200 unified number on WhatsApp?
Yes. A mobile number, a landline, or a 9200 unified number can all be used. Meta verifies the number with a call or a message to it, and after that the number becomes your WhatsApp sender. If the number is already on the WhatsApp Business app, it can be migrated or run alongside it.
What happens to my existing WhatsApp conversations?
They stay with you. If you connect a number that is already on the WhatsApp Business app, recent chats and contacts sync across so your team is not starting from an empty inbox, and you can keep using the phone app at the same time if you prefer.
When should I choose Enterprise instead?
Choose Enterprise when you need more than one WhatsApp number, for example a number per branch or a 9200 number alongside a mobile, or when you want AI replies in Saudi and Gulf Arabic and a done-for-you migration from your current tool. Enterprise is SAR 1,499 per month with up to 10 numbers included. If you run one location on one number, Standard covers it.
